David K Linnan
David K. Linnan is Associate Professor of Law, University of South Carolina. A scholar of comparative, economic, and public international law with a special interest in the law of armed conflict, he studied humanities at Emory University (BA. 1976) and law at the University of Chicago (J.D. 1979), where he was comment editor of the law review.
