Howard Lee Kramer

Howard Lee Kramer, a retired, nationally ranked financial regulatory attorney, now brings his lifelong passion for rock music to his debut novel. Having published extensively on financial market regulation and securities law, Kramer weaves a compeling narrative inspired by his love of rock and roll and the world around him. An avid concertgoer since 1971, Kramer's firsthand experiences with the rock music scene infuse his writing with authenticity and energy. He currently resides outside Washington, DC, with his wife.
