K.S. Mehra
Starting his career in the Indian Administrative Service in 1978, K.S. Mehra has served in various capacities in the government. H e served as Commissioner of unified MCD from 2008–12 in the rank of Secretary to the Government of India, and as Comissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Delhi, from 2012–15, after his retirement.
