About the Book

As He Speaks Louder is the second installment in J.P. Waiting's growing collection of stream of consciousness poetry. Continuing on with familiar themes set in place by Waiting's "The Quiet Stranger", these poems further explore the things that make and break the man who puts the pen to paper. Love, anger, struggle, and victory abound in the pages you are about to turn.
About the Author: J. P. Waiting is a father, husband, musician, and author/poet. He has two children, a boy and a girl, who are his everything. Living with his family in friendly small-town Manitoba, Canada, Waiting is a mental health advocate, and has been chronicling his life with bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety through songs and poetry. His stream of consciousness works cover a wide range of subjects from the personal to the political, from broken to recovery, from struggle to victory.
