Please follow me as I lead you back on this ancient path to wellness, health, antiaging, and joy long abandoned after thousands of years in pursuit of industrialization and its promise of easier living. Today, we sacrifice even more, as we focusing on cool gadgets, convenience, and quantity, at all cost. But we are paying a heavy price for all of this, as I point out herein and others reinforce in their talks. A good bit of this payment includes having our life spans and lives defined by unwritten established government limits that bear little resemblance to the actual conditions that affect our health and with them, our quality of life. Thus, this book is about re-adapting our abandoned ancient lifestyles, nutritional and otherwise. that few even considered in the past or recognize today. Interestingly, this nutritional pathway is again opened up and made possible in this age of consumer computer shopping and the availability of high quality dense foods and the many ancillary supplements discussed herein. These allow those of us made aware here to make an end run around the key problems that got us here. So these high quality foods, once unavailable or even known to us only twenty years ago are now accessible and even sold online competitively. With the above, along with adding a little creative gardening skills on our own, and the current science not available to the masses, as documented here that I point out, we can reestablish new life extending eating and living habits across the board While the vibrations in the form of Sound and Light have been available, all along. About the Author: About the Author James Robert Clark, an initiate of the 9th circle, has studied under several Masters including Paul Twitchell, Harold Klemp, Michael Owen, and others. He became deeply involved in spirituality after attending a lecture at the U of Delaware on spiritual awareness in 1971 and for the first time, hearing about out of body experiences. Then he read Paul Twitchell's book, "The Key to Secret Worlds," that he bought in a book store on the topic. He has written many books as listed in the bibliography that teach Spirituality and related topics including: Healing, Health, Longevity and Quantum Vibrations. He holds a BAS in art from U of D and a professional degree in architecture from Boston Architectural College and was first registered in 1983. He is a practicing registered professional Architect and Planner with projects in several states, but mainly Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. Is an inventor with two US patents.
