About the Book

About the Author: Ranadeb Dasgupta belongs to Barasat, Calcutta. He is a high school physics teacher and enjoys his brilliant fan-following from being a poet. One of his translated poems has been published in Twist of Fate, produced by Stephen L Wilson, U.S.A. Ranadeb enjoys several Bengali publications in e-zines and in little magazines. His first Bengali poetry book, Kobita bela Shono (Listen O Poetic Spell) was published some eight years back. His second poetry book, Doyatera Lupto Hoye Gechhe (The Ink-pots Turned Redundant) has been a major hit among the Bengali poetry lovers, and it is now slated for its second edition. Ranadeb's poetry was published in Heaven Above: Poetry Below, a poetry anthology by Brian Wrixon, Canada. He has been featured in Kiriti Sengupta's nonfiction The Reciting Pens, published by the Inner Child Press, limited (U.S.A.).
