After doing M.Phil from Delhi School of Economics, he is a Career Teacher in University of Delhi for the last 25 years or so. A number of original, published Academic and Creative work, including books, journals and other print media articles, are to his credits. He has been associated with a number of voluntary Organizations and held responsible assignments and offices. His inclination towards ethics, Values and good governance, however, began with the publishing of two Books on 'Spirituality' and one on 'Stress management through in-sourcing'.

S.P. Aggarwal Presently Principal, Deshbandhu College (Evening) is a highly qualified and widely travelled professional. He has been Teaching for more than 25 years in Delhi University, University of Houston, Houston and University of Texas, Dallas and he has been visiting faculty in several management schools. Dr. Aggarwal has done M.Com and M.Phil from Delhi University. Mba from University of Houston, Houston and M.S. in International Management Studies from University of Texas at Dallas.
