Two proposed legislations are outline: 1) FEDERAL - The Children's Protection from Drugs and Terror Act (CPDTA), and 2) STATE - The Abolishment of Unlimited Immunity from County Prosecutors and Their Staff. First, what is "The Children's Protection from Drugs and Terror Act" ("CPDTA")? "CPDTA" is a proposed Federal Legislative Bill (and State versions) that will in a major way reduce illegal drug trafficking as well as curtail recruitment by criminal syndicates and terror organizations. The "CPDTA" represents a vitally potent and formidable option to combat illegal drugs, gang violence, and terror plots. The "CPDTA" is designed to: 1) Reduce the hold non-residents of the United States of America, who are illegal drug importers, have on our youth and the communities in which they live. 2) Reduce the advantage of the enlistment immunity enjoyed by the leaders of organized criminal enterprises and the tolerance of free recruitment of individuals to engage in lawlessness and conduct detrimental to society. 3) Reduce the occasion of the nefarious segment to solicit unabated individuals for participation in acts of terror by recruitment. 4) Reduce the hold non-residents of the United States of America, who are illegal drug importers, have on our youth and the communities in which they live. 5) Reduce the advantage of enlistment immunity enjoyed by the leaders of organized criminal enterprises and the tolerance of free recruitment of individuals to engage in lawlessness and conduct detrimental to society. 6) Reduce the occasion of the nefarious segment to solicit unabated individuals for participation in acts of terror by recruitment. The "CPDTA" shall institute another tool as a possible remedy to the contemporary discontentment pervasive throughout society with the escalation of terror plots, gun violence, and the preponderance of illegal drugs. Collectively, we can rid the drug pandemic from our neighbors and the gun violence from our neighborhoods. The poor, less fortunate, the easiest-to-victimize, and their progeny must join in a spirit of harmonious coexistence with the rich, the most privileged, the least-likely-to-be-vulnerable, and their progeny in order to protect one another from the scourge of illegal drugs imported by non-citizens of the United States. This bond of peace will provide an occasion to include all persons who desire to live in a positive state of life. In America, no one should have a place above the laws of the land. The President of the United States can be impeached. A sitting Federal Judge of the United States can be impeached. However, a County Prosecutor, District Attorney, Solictor, State's Attorney, or other comparable titles) enjoy unlimited immunity. Their violations of the law or mis-application of the law goes unpunishable due to unlimited immunity granted them, which is not written in the United States Constitution. No other citizens in America enjoy this privilege. When the County Prosecutor is held accountable for their actions; they will in turn hold the police departments to a higher standard of accountability. No legislation can impose that humans will act morally, but accountability can curtail blatant misuse of an office.
