Financial Institutions targeting Industrial development were occupying a significant role in India up to the introduction of the economic Reforms in 1991. The deregulations in the financial sector and the evolution of market based functioning have effaced the protective operating Environment of these institutions. Dr. Santhosh Kumar S.: Born in Kerala in 1969. Faculty of the P.G. Department of Commerce, St. Peter's College, Kolenchery, Ernakulam, Kerala. Secured M.Com. Degree from the University of Kerala in 1991 with First Class and First Rank. Also took M.Phil, and Ph.D. from the same University. Authored many articles in referred journals and presented several papers in different national and international seminars and conferences. Delivered guest Lectures in National Seminars. Carrying out UGC sponsored Research Project. Associated with many Professional bodies and Academic Institutions in different capacities.

Dr. S.V. Sudheer : Born in Kerala in 1956. Meritoriously completed Higher Education and took Ph.D. in the area of Tourism in 1990, which was the pioneer work in Kerala. Authored many other Books and articles of national and international repute. Served and serving as Chairman and member of BoS of various Universities. Principal of first grade colleges for nine years, and a Teacher of Commerce for 28 years. Member Senate, University of Kerala. Now officiating as Director planning, in the University of Kerala.
