In the introductory chapter, you will be able to understand the historical development of this important scientific discipline and thanks to this corpus comprehend the correlation between political economy and jurisprudence. Of course, the relationship is obvious, but many don't imagine how significant and how interdependent the questions of law, legal philosophy, and political economy are.We will continue with "The Political Economy of Commons", which deals with the matter of the importance of providing open source knowledge. This work explains why maintaining a core common infrastructure resources is necessary for production and exchange of information throughout the information environment. This is important both for democracy and for individual freedom and explains how building a core common infrastructure is a necessary precondition to allow us to shift away from a society of passive consumers buying products from a small number of commercial producers. This is just a brief look at modern trends which could provide more comprehensive knowledge and capacities and help scientists to find better sources for the benefit of the science.Although the Marxists ideas are obsolete for a long time, they deserve their place in this book, due to their influence and prominence in world history.The imposition of barriers over extraterritorial regulation generally advances welfare, but the lower courts cannot be trusted to manage those instances where an exception to this rule might be justified. Embedded in the Court's position are insights concerning the political economy of both legislation and litigation. This is certainly the question to contemplate.Since we have a limited number of pages, we'll try to give the examples of trends and significant works from various parts of the world: South America, Africa, the Western and the Arab world. These examples might be just the beginning of fundamental research, because, as you will realize, every state has different political and economic issues, let alone an entire continent.We will deal with the de facto and de jure institutions because the strong institutions are the foundation of every system and any deficiency in theirfunctioning in return forms a system, political and economic development. An economy that makes good political results and a fair distribution of goods, as much as possible, should be our ultimate goal.In the end, we'll stay true to our personal beliefs, and discuss the future of green, eco-friendly political economy. We are dealing with the limits of rapid development and the increasing pollution which could be solved exclusively through politics. Important premises for finding the political solution are knowledge of economic movements and limitations, comprehension of the human mind and human reaction to the crisis, as well as strong independent institutions.If we started the whole story with corrupt institutions, the whole structure would collapse like a house of cards. Therefore, this is not an easy task. For example, if the company planted thousands of hectares of forest and for every hundred employees, hire ten socially deprived residents of a specific geographic area - the action will not be benevolent if the invested money originates from the illegal arms trade or in company nepotism and hiring of incompetent individuals in high positions occur. We could make the whole story more absurd, and say that the same company is discharging industrial wastewater into the local river which is used for irrigation of the same forest.Finally, we will finish our book with somewhat controversial matter - the premise that suggests crisis and conflicts support and encourage the economic development, which is in opposition to the idea of strengthening the institutions.
