Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich BWL - Review of Business Studies, Note: 1,0, Universität Trier, Veranstaltung: Unternehmensführung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Vor dem Hintergrund, dass regulatorische Hürden die Unternehmensnachfolge deutscher Fa-milienunternehmen zunehmend erschweren und die Anzahl der zur Übernahme anstehenden Unternehmen aufgrund des demografischen Wandels steigt, untersucht die vorliegende Arbeit die Auswirkungen der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen auf die Nachfolgebereitschaft. Vorhergehende Forschung wurde zu den regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen von Familien-unternehmen und der Unternehmensnachfolge jeweils durchgeführt. Mit gleichzeitiger Anwen-dung der Institutionentheorie und der Theorie des sozioemotionalen Wohlstands (SEW) werden Transaktionskosten, die aufgrund der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen anfallen und diver-gierende Kaufpreisvorstellungen zwischen Seniorinhabern und potenziellen Nachfolger verur-sachen können, untersucht. Zur Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage wurden mit insgesamt 13 Experten teilstrukturierte Leitfadeninterviews geführt. Die hieraus gewonnenen Erhebungser-gebnisse werden zusammenhängend mit den bisherigen Forschungsergebnissen dargestellt und diskutiert. Die belastende Wahrnehmung und der zusätzliche Aufwand können nicht-finanzielle Kosten verursachen und die Kaufpreisvorstellung des Seniorinhabers erhöhen. Um nicht-finan-zielle Kosten zu vermeiden, nehmen Seniorinhaber eine geringere ökonomische Attraktivität des Unternehmens in Kauf. Für zukünftige Forschungsansätze ist eine Kombination einer quan-titativen und qualitativen Forschung empfehlenswert, um die Bedeutung dieser Erkenntnisse zu analysieren und die Praxisnähe weiterhin zu gewährleisten. Eine Verbesserung der Zusammen-arbeit zwischen Organisationen, Mittelstandspolitik, Kammern und Familienunternehmern so-wie Angebote von problemorientierten Unterstützungsmaßnahmen kann die Nachfolgebereit-schaft langfristig fördern.
