He has written and illustrated several books for his own children as they were growing up. ALPHABE'S QUEST is his first published work.After growing up in Southwestern Michigan, he hitchhiked across the country until finally settling down in New Mexico. The artistic atmosphere permeating NM was a big attraction to his artistic nature. After pursuing studies in Art, Photography and Metal Smithing at Eastern New Mexico University he worked professionally at silver and gold smithing, designing and crafting precious metal jewelry for quite a few years.Artistic endeavors and continued learning remain his passion, as well as his family and loved ones.
