Abdul H AkbaryehI was an avid reader since I was young. My first favorite book was Watership Down. I was raised in Maryland and I speak Farsi, English, and I am learning Spanish. By trade, I am an internal medicine physician. I started writing in middle school when y mom said no more video games during the week. My first published novel came out at the end of high school, "A Hero's Plight." I sought poetry as a therapy throughout college and medical school. I continued to write poetry and horror stories.
