Abel InobemeAbel Inobeme is a senior lecturer and Head of the Department of Chemistry at Edo State University Uzairue, Nigeria. He holds a Nigerian Certificate in Education from the Federal College of Education Zaria, Nigeria; a B.Sc (Ed) Chemistry from Ahmadu Bllo University Zaria, Nigeria; a Masters degree and PhD both in Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria, and a Certificate in PhET Interactive Simulations from the University of Colorado Boulder. His research areas include environmental toxicological assessments, pharmacology, food analysis, wastewater treatment, and nanotechnology. He has 170 published works in top scientific journals to his credit. He has contributed more than 100 chapters in 60 edited books amongst top scientific publishers (Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Springer Nature, Wiley, Sage, Royal Society of Chemistry, American Chemical Society amongst others). He is a reviewer and editor of some reputable scientific journals. He is the publication secretary of the Journal of Material Science and Engineering and also the current national publication secretary of the Material Science and Technology Society of Nigeria (MSN). He is also a member of the Chemical Society Nigeria (CSN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
