Abolfazl SemnaniAbolfazl Semnani received his B.Sc. in chemistry from University of Isfahan in 1989. In 1991, he earned a M.Sc. and in 1995, got his Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Shiraz University. His research interests are spectrophotometric and electrochemicl study of crown ethers, conservation of cultural & historical works, environmental chemistry, industrial lubricants and chemometrics. He has received awards as a distinguished researcher from Shahrekord University in 1999, 2001, 2005, 2006, and 2008. He invented the process of synthesis of an additive for preparation of multigrade base oils from mineral base oils (Registration no. 388080661 in Iran). He has written more than 100 ISI papers.
