Adria FulkersonAdria Fulkerson earned a Master of Arts degree in English from Portland State University as a graduate teaching assistant. She then taught composition, business writing, and technical writing at Oregon State University, and taught argument and logic s well as composition at Clackamas Community College. She was a consultant both in the Portland State University Writing Center and in one special course for nurses at Linfield College. She writes articles and nautical book reviews for The Ensign, the national magazine of the United States Power Squadrons. When not reading or writing, she can be found quilting, putting together a jigsaw puzzle, or contemplating chocolate. She and her husband, Richard Anderson, love travel and have been to twenty-two countries together.
