Ahmad Mohammad HerzallahDr. Ahmad Mohammad Herzallah is an Associate Professor of Business Management at Al-Quds University, Palestine. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Yarmouk University, Jordan, an MBA from Al-Quds University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administrtion from the University of Granada, Spain. With over 25 years of academic experience, he has taught business administration courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in both English and Arabic. His research interests include sustainability, total quality management, human resource management and operations management, innovation, smart technologies (AI and IoT), tourism marketing, and strategic management.
