Having spent her early years at her mother's feet on newsroom floors listening to the keys of typewriters and carriage release levers furiously clacking out stories; writing is in Hope's blood. Growing upin rural Wyoming near Yellowstone Park, Hope was surrounded by inspiration of the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and the contrast of her liberal mother shaking up a conservative community. After attending her first year of college on a creative writing scholarship she won at a high school writing festival, Hope decided to attend nursing school and went on to own a healthcare business for over a decade.
