She holds a Ph.D. in Teachers Training and Education Sciences from the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, a Master’s degree in Information Technology (Computer Science), and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) in Industrial Computing from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Throughout her career, Dr. Aizal has assumed multiple roles, including lecturer, academic advisor, and course coordinator. She has taught a wide variety of courses ranging from Programming and Software Engineering to Algorithm Analysis and Multimedia Technology, spanning institutions in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Notably, she served as the Head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department at Yanbu Industrial College, KSA, where she managed departmental operations and led academic development initiatives.
