Alberto ToffolettoAlberto Toffoletto is full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Milan. His academic interests mainly focus on competition law and company law. He has written extensively on competition law and consumer law, including a book on the restoraion of damages in antitrust law. He is founding partner of NCTM Law Firm, specializing in antitrust law and litigation, corporate law, and arbitration. He has a wide experience in assisting clients in competition matters, both before the Italian Antitrust Authority and in court litigation. He is Co-General Editor of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws - Competition Law, together with Francesco Denozza.
