Alex Housen
Alex Housen is Professor of English Linguistics and Applied Linguistics in the Department of Linguistics & Literary Studies at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His research focuses on linguistic, cognitive and social factors in seond language acquisition, bilingualism, and bilingual and second language education. His recent publications deal with second language complexity and cognitive mechanisms in SLA.
