After spending a year at Harvard University, and the National Burea of Economic Research in the United States, he successfully moved to the corporate side. Throughout his career, he has been involved in different businesses in high-performance environments such as consulting, finance, international politics, and digital start-ups. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sparkasse a German Bank and ran for state parliament in Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany.
