Alexander LoosDr Alexander Loos is a partner with Hogan Lovells LLP in its Corporate Practice Group Dusseldorf. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate advice for the energy industry. He also has considerable experience as counsel and arbitrtor in M&A disputes. After legal studies at the Universities of Marburg and Munster, he was admitted to the German Bar in 1978 and commenced his career at the Dusseldorf office of one of Germany s major domestic firms. He was head of his firm's international corporate practice group from 1997 to 2001 and joined Hogan Lovells LLP in 2002.
