Alicia BrossetteAlicia Brossette , Ed.D., is the Executive Director for Sponsored Projects at the University of North Texas at Dallas. She earned her Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University. For more than a quarter of a century, Dr. Brosstte has committed her professional career to advancing the research and scholarship mission of academicians in higher education. A successful thought leader, administrator, educator, and champion of higher educational attainment, Brossette follows in the path of a family of visionary educators, embodying the principles of community investments in academic stewardship by building a solid foundation in educational research and advancement. Dr. Brossette is charged with developing, managing and coordinating the administration of externally funded research and sponsored program activities while ensuring the University maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding the programmatic and financial administration of funded grants and contracts. Further, she manages the research administration processes and ensures the use of best practices for research management, and implements systems to support financial, regulatory, and funding agency requests for data.
