Alison Paul KlakowiczAlison Paul Klakowicz is the author of the award-winning picture book Mommy's Big, Red Monster Truck. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. She worked in counseling and human services for over adecade, and now works as a freelance writer. She is the creator and host of Hodge Podge Podcast and Blog.

Alison's first book, Mommy's Big, Red Monster Truck, is the 2020 IAN Book of the Year Finalist and recipient of the 2019 Mom's Choice Gold Award Honoring Excellence and the 2020 Royal Dragonfly Book Award. Reading With Your Kids acknowledged Mommy's Big, Red Monster Truck as a Certified Great Read in 2019.
