Allen MillicanAllen Millican, Gearl-Dean Page, and Jack Page are active members of the Belmont Historical Society (BHS). Allen is one of the seven founders of BHS and owner of the Millican Pictorial History Museum. Jack is also a founder of BHS and, along with hiswife and coauthor, Gearl-Dean, is a Belmont native and retired educator.
