The author was a guest at Heliot's hotel home in 2017. She noticed that the Charteux cat was spoiled and seemed bored of all the attention he was getting from hotel guests. In this story, Alma imagines how Heliot's life may be changed for the better if he was temporarily removed from such posh surroundings and given the opportunity to help himself and others.Alma Hammond is the author of several award-winning books by Sweetbeet Books.
