He earned his PhD in Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning, and Economics fromFırat University in 2023. He also holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Fırat University, awarded in 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree from Çukurova University, completed in 2005. Dr. Uslukaya has made significant academic contributions through his research on teacher professionalism, educational leadership, presenteeism, and work engagement in schools. His work has been published in numerous international refereed journals, where he has explored topics such as the relationship between school leadership and teacher well-being, teacher burnout, and the impact of social support in educational settings. His research uses advanced methodologies such as multilevel moderated mediation analyses, which contribute to the understanding of complex dynamics within educational institutions. In addition to his academic career, Dr. Uslukaya has extensive experience as a teacher and school administrator within Turkey’s Ministry of National Education, where he worked for over 15 years before joining academia.
