Alvin SeeAlvin See is Assistant Professor of Law (Education) in the School of Law, Singapore Management University. He teaches Property Law, the Law of Equity and Trusts and Business Law. His research focuses mainly on property, unjust enrichment and cvil remedies, but he also dabbles in animal law. He has published in reputable international peer-reviewed journals, including Lloyd's Maritime Commercial Law Quarterly, Conveyancer and Property Lawyer, Law Quarterly Review, Journal of Business Law, Restitution Law Review and Journal of Contract Law. He is also the Co-section Editor (Singapore & Hong Kong) for the Property Law Review (2017-present). His articles have been cited by courts in Singapore and Malaysia as well as leading works on private law.
