Amanda CampbellIn 2013, Amanda founded Bend Like Bamboo her private practice. As a trained Sports Kinesiologist Amanda specialises in Multiple Sclerosis & Autoimmune Disease, helping individuals to destress to heal their minds, bodies, and lives. Bend Like Bamboo hs since evolved to become a wellness program. As a resilience trainer, and keynote speaker, she works with leaders, athletes, and kids, helping them to master resilience, and uncover blind spots to achieve their personal and professional goals. How does she do this? Amanda teaches people how to Bend Like Bamboo. After her own diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis at age 24 and overcoming a left-hand side body paralysis at age 29, her journey led to discovering an inner anchor within that allowed her to adapt. Helping others she has discovered that a flexible mindset impacts everything that matters: our body's ability to repair, how happy and resilient we can be and our ability to reach our fullest potential. Amanda is not only the practitioner, but also the patient which allows her to have a deeper understanding of the challenges her clients face, living with an autoimmune disease.Amanda believes that with a flexible mindset we can build resilience, and building resilience improves our well-being. Available in-person and online, The Bend Like Bamboo program is customisable for individuals, schools, and workplaces around Australia & globally. In 2014, Amanda co-found Nourissh with Scott Julian and Vinomofo, a business that focused on an innovative way of preparing and delivering healthy, sustainable, fresh, ready-made meals to individuals and businesses. Amanda is also an MS Ambassador, a volunteer role she has enjoyed as a speaker since 2009, when she first learned how to share her story to spread awareness and to help others. Read More Read Less
