Amy DrakeAmy Drake is an Ambassador for the Dramatists Guild of America, member of the League of Professional Theatre Women, former Board member of the International Centre for Women Playwrights, and a member of The Theater Makers Studio. Her play, Somewhere Can Scream, was selected for an Off-Broadway residency at The Players Theatre, NYC. She appeared as a farm wife in the regional Emmy-winning episode of Columbus Neighborhoods: Clintonville. Her one-act play Eyes Like Opaque Gems won Most Popular Play in the MITF Short Play Lab. Amy received a Best Director award from Theatre Roundtable Columbus for a production of Evelyn Williams' drama Night Must Fall. Selected for the Yale Writers' Workshop, her education includes history and creative writing courses in the Cambridge University International Program, and playwriting in the Kenyon (College) Summer Institute.
