Amy MacIsaacAmy grew up on Cape Cod and although the Cape hasn't been her residence for more than 20 years, she still considers it home. While living in San Francisco and working for a large tech company she challenged herself to writing and illustrating a book o curb some east coast homesickness. The book is inspired by her nephews and niece and Lou the main character is a nod to her obsession with lobster-don't tell him though! Writing this book and the little insight she gained through the process has a given her a new appreciation and great respect for authors and illustrators.
