Over 20 years of academic, research, and industrial experence, he has made significant contributions to structural fire engineering. He is a recognized expert in the field of structural behaviour under elevated temperatures, having actively pursued research in concrete, steel, and composite structures under fire conditions for the past 15 years. He has established a state-of-the-art Structural Fire Testing Laboratory through funded projects, positioning KITS as a leading center in structural fire engineering research.
