Andreas ØsthagenAndreas Østhagen is a Senior Research Fellow at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute in Oslo, Norway, and a Senior Fellow and Leadership Group member at The Arctic Institute, Washington DC, having worked on issues of Arctic security, ocean resource mnagement and international politics for a decade. He is further affiliated with the High North Center at Nord University Business School and teaches at Bjørknes University College.
