Andrew NoakesAndrew Noakes took a degree in automotive engineering at Loughborough University but decided to write about cars rather than design them. He was technical editor of Fast Car magazine in the 1990s and then founding editor of Classic magazine before oing freelance in 2002. Since then he has written for numerous magazines and websites, including Classic & Sports Car, Classic Cars, Pistonheads, and ArsTechnica. He has also written or contributed to more than twenty car books including three for Crowood.
