His award-winning, widely-cited research on integrity and effectiveness in business has been published in several academic journls and three books. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Abela was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble, management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and Managing Director at the Corporate Executive Board.
