She is also the founder of The Gulch Foundation, a nonprofit organization that drives tangible environmental action through projects like the regenerative Rainmaker Farm. Additionally, Lance created the National Public Utilities Council (NPUC), which unites utilities nationwide to collaborate on decarbonization efforts.
