Angela DavisAngela Davis is a Louisiana native who began writing poetry at the age of ten. While attending Clark University, she wrote and published her first children's book, "Prinsetta". After graduating from college in 2006 she began her career as a middle scool English teacher in Brooklyn, NY. For many years Ms. Davis taught English and special education in middle school as well as high school. In January of 2023 Davis left the teaching profession to pursue other interests.
