Canon Angela Murray MBE began her career in London with the BBC World Service, 1965; moved to assist with BBC-tv production, 1967-1970 / 1973-1978; BA History & Archaeology, Birmingham University, 1973; MBA, Cranfield University,1983; since 1981 has evolved her vocation as an historian and published author; member of St Christopher’s Cathedral, 1988-2019, and of the Bahrain Anglican Church Council, 1997-2019; Lay Member (Gulf), Diocesan Standing Committee and Bishop’s Council, 2013-2019; since 1991 has led community, charity and diocesan projects; installed by Bishop Michael Lewis as an Honorary Lay Canon, St Christopher’s Cathedral, 23 Feb_2018
