Anil Kumar SainiDr. Anil Kumar Saini born on 1 January, 1976 in a village Nangal Soti in Bijnor District of Uttar Pradesh has establihsed his educational career as Master Degree and Ph.D. in Political Science in Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Hehas given his service for 15 years as an Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) of Political Science in Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) at U.G. Level. He has worked as a principal in Rampal Singh Kanya Mahavidyalya, Chadok, Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh). Presently Dr. Saini is working as an Assistant Professor (Political Science) in Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Government College, Bithyani, Yamkeshwar, Pauri Garhwal (Uttarakhand) affiliated to H.N.B. Garhwal (Central) University, Srinagar, Garhwal (Uttarakhand). Dr. Saini has supervised many Ph.D. as well as M.Phil. research scholars. He has presented many research papers in National and International seminars. He is the life member of IPSA (Indian Political Science Association) and also of UPSA (Uttarkhand Political Science Association) as far as, the writing career of Dr. Saini his concerned, his first book viz.Tulnamak Rajniti and Rajnitik Vishleshan (ISBN 978-93-88526-08-1) was published by Prashant Publishing House, Delhi in 2018.
