Ann DavisAnn Davis is Professor and Associate Dean for Academic Resourcing and Development at the University of Sydney Business. Her background is in both work psychology and HRM, and she is a chartered member of the CIPD and Associate Fellow of the Brtish Psychological Society. She has taught introductory and advanced courses in the field of people and work for nearly 30 years. She has published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals in HRM and psychology, her work focusing on the construction and enactment of the employment relationship, primarily from the employee perspective. She now spends most of her time applying and interpreting this understanding in the Australian higher education context.
