Ann Marti Friedman

American museum curator, publicist and lecturer, Ann Friedman has published numerous articles on art and artists in various academic journals. An Artist in her Own Right is her first novel and is based on extensive research. It was a semi-finaliston the 2008 Amazon.com Breakthrough Novel Contest, though has been substantially re-written since then. She is currently working on a murder mystery set amongst the artists of 1670's Paris.
