Annabel TownsendAnnabel Townsend completed her first degree in Anthropology, her second in Social Sciences, and her PhD in Human Geography. Her doctoral thesis focused on the concepts of quality in the specialty coffee industry, literally making her a Doctor of Coffe. In 2012, she and her family emigrated to Saskatchewan where she has owned several coffee shops and now her first bookshop-cafe.
