Anthony D. RosatoAnthony Rosato is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. His current research interests are in particle technology, with an emphasis on computational modeling, including discrete element and Monte Carlo imulations. His recent interests are in computational modeling and dynamical systems approaches to wave propagation in granular systems. He was the founding director of the Particle Technology Center from 1995-99, and the director of the Granular Science Laboratory from 1999 to the present. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Mechanics Research Communications, and is a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Academy of Mechanics.
