Anupama Chandrasekhar is a Chennai-based playwright. Her plays include: The Father and the Assassin (National Theatre, London, 2022); When the Crows Visit (Kiln Theatre, London, 2019); Disconnect (Royal Court Theatre, Lodon, 2010); and Free Outgoing (Royal Court, 2007; shortlisted for the Charles Wintour Award for Most Promising Playwright, the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize and the John Whiting Award).
