Anurag Kumar Anurag Kumar, Anurag Kumar, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, and chair of the Electrical Sciences Division, in the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Previously, he was with AT&T BellLaboratories, Holmdel, New Jersey.
