He is a senior researcher at DIGIMEDIA (Digital Media Communication), and at INESC TEC (Human ISE Center). He completed his PhD studies at the University of Aveiro, where he obtained degrees in Communication Sciences and Technology. He has contributed as author or coauthor to four books and more than 100 papers published in international conferences and journals, as well as in several research projects. He is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Learning Organizations, and Learning Systems. His current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Learning Organizations, and Knowledge Management.
