Arnel DuvetArnel Duvet is a Naval Officer who has worked as a Public Health Professional at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and at Sasebo Naval Base in Japan, including during the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak. Originally from Haiti but now a naturalized US citizn, Duvet immigrated to America in his late teens with dreams of a life he would've never been able to achieve in his homeland.
