Assoc. Prof. Lars Peder Haga

Lars Peder Haga studied Russian at the Norwegian Defence Intelligence College and the University of Bergen, and holds a PhD in modern history from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.  Since 2011, he has been at the Royl Norwegian Air Force Academy, as associate professor he teaches modern history, international relations and air power.  His research interests include the development of Russian Air Power and Russian Air Operations.  He is one of the two main authors of the new Norwegian air operations doctrine.
