He participated in the exploration and development of several large- and medium-scale gas fields in China and completed more than one thousand gas well intervals dynamic performance study over the past 28 years. He holds a BS degree in Reservoir Engineering from Daqing Petroleum Institute of China, MS and PhD degree in Reservoir Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Beijing).
